Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking an Associate Operations Manager to operate robots remotely, analyze data, and optimize AI-driven workflows. You will bridge operations, product, and engineering with Auckland, NZ as the base, in a 3‑month fixed‑term role with in‑office collaboration at least three days per week and some travel. U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating distributed or remote teams.
• Ability to use gamepads or similar controllers for robot operation.
• Strong communication ability for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with or interest in AI-driven workflows and robotics.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robots remotely to complete tasks on job sites.
• Troubleshoot robotic operations with shell/terminal usage and escalate as needed.
• Translate frontline observations into actionable product improvements.
• Lead daily operational planning, tracking, and metrics reporting.
• Create and maintain operational playbooks and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with site teams and customers to remove blockers.
• Identify gaps between design intent and real-world use.
