Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robots remotely, ensuring safe, efficient task completion.
• Act as ops voice in product/engineering discussions, providing real-world feedback.
• Coordinate a distributed remote ops team across shifts and time zones.
• Own daily planning, task tracking, and documentation.
• Produce daily summaries and reports on robot performance and trends.
• Maintain playbooks and knowledge bases for scalable processes.
• Resolve blockers with customers and site teams to keep robots operating safely.
• Identify gaps between product intent and real-world usage, driving improvements.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual work.
