Job summary

One NZ is seeking a Process Automation Engineer to design, develop and maintain automation solutions that improve efficiency and customer experiences across the business. You will own end-to-end automation delivery, from discovery to deployment, using UiPath Automation Cloud and related tools.

You’ll apply AI and agentic capabilities, mentor junior engineers, and partner with stakeholders to maximise adoption and value. A hybrid work arrangement and learning environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on UiPath experience with Studio and Orchestrator.
• UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, Task Mining and Agentic/Autopilot skills.
• Knowledge of Power Automate, AWS Step Functions or iPaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell or SQL for integrations.
• Strong design, analytical and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy enterprise automation using UiPath.
• Lead assessments and create scalable automation designs.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize deployed automations.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge across teams.
