You will work with program managers, field staff, and external partners to manage timelines, budgets, and documentation, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution across multiple projects for social impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office applications.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social program projects.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and managing documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Manage project resources, including tracking budgets and ensuring timely procurement of supplies.
