Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Program Coordinator to manage and support a variety of charitable programs from anywhere within New Zealand. You will coordinate logistics, maintain records, and ensure smooth operation of initiatives benefiting communities.

The role requires proactive communication with staff, beneficiaries and volunteers via digital channels, strong time management, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in program coordination or administrative support, preferably remote.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with virtual tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics, scheduling virtual meetings and tracking timelines.
• Maintain accurate program records and databases.
• Facilitate communications between staff, beneficiaries, and external stakeholders.
• Assist in development and execution of outreach strategies.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for program activities.
• Support onboarding and management of remote volunteers.
