Job summary

Placements24 seeks a highly organized Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support project management teams in overseeing construction activities in the Queenstown area, without the need for daily on-site presence.

You will maintain project documentation, facilitate communication, and ensure timely updates for all stakeholders. Proficiency with MS Project, Asana, or Monday.com is required, along with strong multitasking and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong remote communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers by planning and directing activities remotely.
• Maintain project documentation (contracts, permits, change orders, progress reports) for Queenstown projects.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings; prepare minutes.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables; alert managers to delays.
• Facilitate communication between project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients via digital channels.
• Support procurement by tracking orders, deliveries, and invoices.
