Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering technology or digital transformation portfolios.
• Strong governance, financial management and executive reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across the HMC programme portfolio.
• Manage programme schedules, inter-project dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions and decisions (RAID).
• Drive programme governance, executive reporting and assurance activities.
• Provide financial oversight, investment planning and benefits realisation management.
• Support effective decision-making through clear reporting and programme insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, technology leaders, vendors and delivery teams.
• Ensure consistent programme controls, delivery standards and governance practices.
• Coordinate resources and delivery sequencing across multiple initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the programme.
