Qualifications

• Experience leading contact centre transformation projects.
• Strong command of core project management disciplines (planning, budgeting, risk, governance).
• Experience in large transformation or multi workstream programmes.
• Ability to operate in complex technical environments (cloud, integrations, enterprise platforms).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across delivery and governance.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable decisions.
• Familiarity with contact centre platforms and enterprise CRM ecosystems (Salesforce-integrated).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership of the Contact Centre to Cloud project from initiation through transition and closure.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies and governance artefacts.
• Lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams including internal technology, business stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure programme alignment and reporting through governance forums.
• Manage delivery across integration, data and cloud environments; support readiness and stabilisation.
