Job summary

The Lindis Group in New Zealand is seeking an experienced Reservationist to support our day-to-day reservations for a portfolio of luxury properties. This remote role requires accuracy, proactive communication with guests and travel partners, and a knack for turning enquiries into confirmed bookings.

You will work with the Reservations Manager and operations teams to maintain guest profiles, pre-arrival details, and seamless transitions from enquiry to on-property experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or guest services, preferably luxury hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high-end guests and travel trade partners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to manage multiple enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and reservations across The Lindis Group properties.
• Maintain guest profiles and preferences; coordinate pre-arrival requirements.
• Respond to guest and travel agent enquiries warmly and efficiently; convert enquiries to bookings.
• Handle cancellations, amendments and no-shows per company policies.
• Coordinate experiences with guides, suppliers and the operational team.
