Working closely with the Reservations Manager and our operational teams, this role is responsible for managing enquiries and bookings, maintaining accurate guest information, coordinating pre-arrival requirements and ensuring every interaction reflects the personalised service and attention to detail expected of The Lindis Group.
This is the ideal role for someone whogenuinely enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences before a guest even arrives. You will be organised, accurate and proactive, with the confidence to build rapport, identify what a guest is looking for and help turn an enquiry into a confirmed stay.
