Job summary

Limousine South NZ Ltd in Queenstown is seeking a capable Reservations & Logistics professional to join our hospitality and tourism team. This hands-on role combines reservations, scheduling, administration and operational support in a fast-paced setting.

You will be the link between clients, drivers and suppliers and will ensure bookings progress smoothly from enquiry to completion, with a proactive and flexible approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reservations, logistics, operations or administration, preferably within tourism, transport or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Check and respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Enter, process, update and manage reservations within our booking system.
• Review upcoming bookings to ensure all operational details are complete and accurate.
• Create and update bookings with venues, restaurants, accommodation providers and activity operators.
• Liaise with driver guides regarding rosters, tour details and client requirements.
• Assist with coordinating vehicle and driver schedules for transfers, day tours and multi-day tours.
• Ensure itineraries reflect quotes and client requests, including meals and accommodation.
• Prepare welcome signs, itineraries and other client-facing documentation.
• Assist with preparing custom quotes for private tours, transfers and group bookings.
• Communicate with inbound tour operators, conference organisers, corporate clients and suppliers.
• Assist with invoice checking, accounts payable liaison with our accountant.
• Assist with SOPs and procedures and day-to-day fleet/operational administration.
• Share after-hours operational support on a rostered basis.
