Job summary

UP Education is seeking a Learning Designer to join our Product team to develop high-quality online learning and assessment materials across our Australian education portfolio. This fully remote role can be based anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

You'll collaborate with Product Development Manager, Subject Matter Experts and trainers to build and improve courses, ensure alignment, and manage course content within our LMS.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and ability to translate complex content clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with detailed documents and processes.
• Able to learn new systems quickly.
• Organised with ability to manage deadlines.
• Willing to work remotely with collaborators across regions.
• Experience with LMS such as Moodle is a plus.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is handy but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Developing and improving online learning content and assessments.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging resources.
• Ensure alignment of content, outcomes and assessments.
• Review materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain course content in the LMS and version control.
• Incorporate feedback from learners and trainers to improve courses.
