Flight Centre Travel Group in Auckland is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to design engaging learning experiences for Leisure teams, from onboarding to continuous development. You will deliver both in-person and virtual sessions, collaborate with global and local teams, and refresh LMS, SharePoint and Workvivo content to keep knowledge fresh and accessible.

Qualifications

Experience across the learning life-cycle from analysis to evaluation.
A natural communicator and facilitator who makes learning engaging.
Comfortable collaborating with diverse regional teams and using digital tools.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver learning solutions from onboarding to development.
Facilitate engaging learning experiences (face-to-face and virtual).
Collaborate with global and local teams to align training with best practices.
Maintain content across LMS, SharePoint and Workvivo to keep knowledge accessible.
Build relationships with leaders and SMEs to ensure training hits the mark.
