Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tertiary education or public/private sectors leading digital learning design.
• 3–5 years in Learning Designer or equivalent role with modern online delivery.
• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and continual improvement of learner-centred programmes and digital environments.
• Provide expert guidance on learning design, pedagogy, and student success strategies.
• Collaborate with academic and professional staff to drive evidence-informed decisions.
