Job summary

Curio Group is a leading education consulting and learning-experience company delivering online learning transformations for universities, vocational education providers, schools and companies across APAC, NZ, and beyond. This remote role requires coordinating with Melbourne and Sydney teams and aligning to AEST to ensure seamless collaboration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with 5+ years in higher education learning and teaching.
• Experience designing and developing online learning content.
• Experience managing people and complex programs within budgets and timelines.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and educational technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of exceptional learning experiences and manage multiple projects and relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee and guide complex concurrent projects with planning, resource management and communication.
• Co-design and create innovative online learning experiences with subject matter experts.
• Write high-quality student-facing material to AQF and industry standards.
• Align working hours with AEST to collaborate with Melbourne and Sydney teams.
