Qualifications

• Proven success in new business development in MSP or IT services.
• Ability to prospect, create opportunities and close new customer contracts.
• Experience selling recurring managed IT services, cybersecurity or cloud solutions.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
• Understanding of the MSP business model and long-term managed services value.
• Ability to manage complex sales opportunities and longer sales cycles.
• Self-motivated, proactive approach with pipeline-building and results focus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Build a strong, qualified pipeline of prospective managed services customers.
• Engage directly with business owners, CEOs, CFOs, IT managers and other decision-makers.
• Lead the sales process from initial engagement through discovery, proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Sell managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure and related technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to develop compelling proposals and commercially competitive solutions.
• Meet and exceed new business revenue and sales targets.
