Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years related Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Advanced SAP/ERP and order management knowledge preferred.
• Proficient Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Delivers solutions and identifies opportunities to grow revenue.
• Handles inbound/outbound inquiries and provides product/pricing information.
• Coordinates with internal teams to meet customer requirements from quote to order.
• Maintains and expands sales with existing accounts through high service levels.
