Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Business Development Manager for a forward-thinking InsurTech client. The role is based anywhere and fully remote, focusing on identifying and cultivating new partnerships and sales opportunities within the insurance sector to drive adoption of innovative technology solutions among carriers, brokers, and related entities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA a plus.
• 5-7 years in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in InsurTech or FinTech.
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing significant deals.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry and tech trends.
• Experience with SaaS solutions in insurance sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work remotely, travel as needed, and manage a remote territory.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with insurance clients.
