Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates to clients. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs in a fully remote setup.

You will leverage diverse channels, conduct effective interviews, and guide offers and onboarding while meeting placement targets in a flexible, autonomous work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy.
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills suitable for remote interaction.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills for remote work.
• Knowledge of the Eastern Cape job market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring requirements.
• Utilize diverse recruitment channels to identify and attract high-calibre candidates.
