The role requires a Master’s in a related field, 10+ years in industrial engineering with leadership, and expertise in robotics, PLC, SCADA, and Industry 4.0. You will work from a home office with international clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field such as Industrial or Electrical Engineering, CS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of automated industrial processes.
• Mentor a geographically dispersed team of engineers and specialists.
• Develop and execute roadmaps for process automation and digital transformation.
• Collaborate remotely with clients to tailor automation solutions.
• Oversee project management for automation initiatives and budgets.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analyses for new projects.
• Establish best practices for automation maintenance and improvement.
• Stay current with robotics, IoT, and ML technologies.
• Deliver technical presentations and training to teams and clients.
• Ensure solutions meet safety, quality, and cybersecurity standards.
