You will work with cross-functional teams virtually, applying cutting-edge tools and methodologies in a fully remote setting, and you will shape manufacturing and operational strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, or manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency in simulation software, CAD tools and data analysis software.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and process-improvement knowledge.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows and facility layouts using virtual tools.
• Conduct data analysis and simulation studies to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Develop and implement lean principles remotely to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate with remote and on-site teams including engineering, production and management.
