Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on process automation.
• Proven expertise in robotics, PLC programming, SCADA systems, and automation software.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, large-scale automation projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 principles and digital manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills for remote teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective virtual collaboration.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Slack).
