Placements24 is seeking a Remote Industrial Process Analyst to join a progressive manufacturing firm. You will analyze production processes, collect and interpret large datasets, and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs, aiming to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with on-site engineering and operations teams, apply statistical methods, and document findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in industrial engineering or process analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analysis using Excel, SQL, and statistical software (Minitab, R, Python).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze industrial production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collect, organize, and interpret large datasets related to production output, material usage, and cycle times.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs for manufacturing operations.
• Utilize statistical methods and process modeling to understand variation and predict outcomes.
• Formulate data-driven recommendations for process changes and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with on-site engineering and operations teams to validate findings.
• Assist in implementing process improvements by providing analytical support.
• Research industry best practices and trends in process analysis and optimization.
• Document analytical findings, methodologies, and recommendations clearly.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reporting activities.
