Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment.
• Manage inventory levels to support service requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure flawless operation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
