Qualifications

• Required NZ driver's license and proven customer service experience.
• Technical background in appliance servicing and installations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, break-fix, and installations for gaming equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels for service needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure flawless equipment operation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and fix issues.
