Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join our New Zealand team. You will service and install gaming equipment, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service across the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region.

Qualifications

Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Technical background in appliance servicing and installations is preferred.
Full New Zealand driver’s license is strictly required.

Responsibilities

Perform appliance servicing, break fix, and installations for gaming equipment.
Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels for service needs.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns promptly.
Conduct routine maintenance checks to guarantee flawless operation of equipment.
Collaborate with the technical team to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation for repairs and installations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Provide training and support to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.
Travel to client locations as needed to perform service tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to determine service needs.
