Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations Coordinator to manage daily online store activities. This remote role focuses on order processing, inventory coordination, customer support, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfillment.

You will monitor orders, update product information, handle returns, and collaborate with marketing to optimize the customer journey. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in ecommerce ops and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in ecommerce operations or customer service.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and order management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee order processing for timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehousing and shipping partners to manage inventory.
• Monitor orders and address issues or delays.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and other channels.
• Ensure product information is accurate on the platform.
• Process returns and exchanges per company policy.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to improve customer journey.
• Assist with managing relationships with 3PL providers.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks.
