• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in social media marketing with e-commerce focus.
• Proven success leading impactful social media campaigns with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with e-commerce goals and audience.
• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of social campaigns across platforms.
• Create content strategy and oversee visuals and copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Manage paid social advertising budgets to maximize ROI and targets.
• Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and report metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on social trends and emerging e-commerce tech.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product for integrated campaigns.
• Foster community engagement and manage brand reputation.
• Mentor junior members of the social media team.
