Job summary

Xplor is seeking a Customer Support Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be the first point of contact for fitness and wellbeing customers, delivering high-quality support and building lasting relationships.

Based in New Zealand with global clients in Australia and New Zealand, you will handle calls, emails and chats, maintain accurate records, and follow policies. Training provided, remote working options available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and chats with high first-time resolution.
• Manage communications related to service contracts and payments.
• Resolve first-line queries about accounts and contracts.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Engage with customers about overdue balances per policy.
• Record activity in administration systems and update tools.
• Follow scripts for support or payment negotiation.
