Job summary

Xplor is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join the Enterprise Fitness vertical on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be the first point of contact for gym members and fitness consumers worldwide, helping them navigate our platform and payment solutions.

Based in Melbourne but serving NZ and Australian customers, the role can be done 100% from home in New Zealand. Training is provided; strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Motivated by helping others with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication across phone, email and chat.
• Strong listening, problem solving and relational skills.
• Able to document issues clearly and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails and chats promptly with high first‑time resolution.
• Manage client communications regarding service contracts and payments.
• Resolve first-line queries related to accounts and billing.
• Elevate complex issues and follow collections guidance when needed.
• Record activity in the administration system and update tools.
