Job summary

Provenir is hiring a Business Development Representative to research target companies, identify decision-makers, and acquire contact details for personalized outreach. You will generate and qualify new business leads and transition them to our sales network. This is a remote, full-time role with international reach.

You will work with a team that values curiosity, collaboration and accountability, leveraging Salesforce and LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline across North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development and lead generation, prospecting and self-generating leads.
• Ability to understand complex technology and convey messaging to diverse prospects.
• B2B fintech/financial services background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture prospect organizations within financial services and introduce them to the Provenir sales team.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify pain points and drive lead generation.
• Engage with C-level B2B relationships and navigate tier 1/2 accounts.
• Maintain and expand Salesforce CRM data and logs of communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and events to maximize lead quality.
