Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to generate and close opportunities entirely from a remote location. You will prospect, nurture leads, and guide buyers through the sales process to hit ambitious targets.

The role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a proven track record in phone-based sales. It offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or similar phone-based role, preferably remote.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
• Self-disciplined and able to manage time in a remote setting.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and social media.
• Conduct needs assessments to tailor product/service solutions.
• Perform virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Aim to exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
