Randstad Group is recruiting a high-impact Sales/Business Development professional to spearhead outbound acquisition for a market-leading AI-enabled MarTech platform in New Zealand. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery calls to tailored proposals, targeting senior executives and marketing leaders.

Based in Auckland with hybrid working, the role offers uncapped commission and a clear path to scale a newly created desk as part of a fast-growing digital leader.

Qualifikationen

• Proven outbound prospecting and closing track record.
• Knowledge of SaaS, digital marketing, or AI technologies.
• Confident presenting and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
• Driver's license and HubSpot proficiency are required.

Aufgaben

• Execute outbound prospecting targeting Senior Executives, Marketing Managers, Heads of Digital, and CMOs.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to proposals and closing.
• Position digital marketing strategies alongside AI tech to drive client revenue.
• Maintain a high activity level and manage pipeline in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with post-sales and account teams to hand off campaigns.
