Job summary

Gallagher Animal Management is seeking a Sales & Engagement Specialist for eShepherd, our world-leading virtual fencing technology in New Zealand. You will generate and qualify leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and convert opportunities while guiding farmers through the sales journey.

The role is predominantly work-from-home with travel for visits and events, collaborating with Business Development, Customer Success and the eShepherd team to grow adoption across the country.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management in agriculture or rural industries.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and convert opportunities into sales.
• Strong communication, relationships and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Source new opportunities through networks, events and prospecting.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact to close.
• Utilise CRM to forecast and track pipeline visibility.
• Support regional sales strategies and adoption growth across NZ.
