Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited’s eShepherd unit is seeking a Head of Sales to drive global revenue growth and shape the commercial strategy.

Based in New Zealand, you’ll lead the global sales function, build a high-performing team across regions, and partner with Marketing, Product and Strategic Partnerships to expand adoption of eShepherd’s livestock technology.

You will stay closely connected to farmers, turning field conversations into market insights and developing scalable routes to market.

Qualifications

Proven track record of significant revenue growth.
Experience building and leading sales teams.
Strong strategic and operational capability turning strategy into execution.
Experience in multi-region/international markets.
Agricultural networks or credibility within farming communities.

Responsibilities

Own eShepherd’s global sales strategy and growth agenda.
Drive revenue growth and adoption across international markets.
Lead, develop and scale high-performing sales and customer success teams.
Develop scalable sales model, forecasting, pipeline management and conversion.
Develop routes to market and identify channels, partners and approaches to reach farmers.
Identify new markets, customer segments and growth opportunities while maximizing existing markets.
Stay close to farmers and use insights to influence commercial strategy.
Build alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Partnerships.
Develop future commercial leaders and contribute to eShepherd’s strategic direction.
