Job summary

Cromwell Medical Centre is seeking a skilled and patient-focusedRegistered Nurseto join our team in Cromwell, Otago. This position is 32 hours per week and will involve providing advanced care and primary healthcare services to patients in a supportive, collaborative environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to our community.

The successful candidate will demonstrate both clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to patient care. You will bring:

• A current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate and indemnity cover
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• A strong commitment to equity in healthcare
• Motivation to develop your skills and practice
• Understanding of cultural safety, cultural competence, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• A supportive, patient-first approach to care

Preferred skills (not essential):

• Experience in primary health care
• Knowledge of primary care clinical programmes
• Vaccinator and/or smear taker certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Familiarity with MedTech Evolution
