Qualifications

• Current New Zealand Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate.
• Previous experience working in General Practice or Primary Healthcare is highly desirable.
• Experience with chronic disease management, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care and patient education.
• Excellent clinical assessment and triage skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
• A commitment to providing patient-centred care and improving health outcomes.
• An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to culturally safe practice.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
