Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is assisting with a Practice Nurse role in Auckland. The role delivers high-quality primary health care nursing across four South Auckland clinics, working with GPs and the primary health care team to support patients in achieving positive clinical and non-clinical outcomes.

The successful candidate will be an RN with current APC, vaccinators and CPR certification, and experience in wound care and chronic condition management.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Vaccinator and CPR certificates current.
• Proficient with Medtech Evolution and Best Practice Intelligence.
• Experienced in triaging patients.
• Skilled in venepuncture, including blood tests and IV access.
• Experience in wound management.
• Able to manage long-term conditions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence.
• NZ Residency or Citizenship required.
• Primary care experience preferred.
