Arvida Group Limited in Nelson, NZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical care within a resident-led community. You will supervise the care team, ensure nursing instructions are correctly administered, documented and monitored, and communicate with residents and their families to support wellbeing.

You will actively participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives, applying our Attitude of Living Well and values to every shift, with flexible hours to cover different shifts.

Formación

• NZQA level 7 or equivalent.
• Current practicing certificate required.
• Flexibility to pick up different shifts.
• Team leadership skills.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Alignment with our values and purpose.
• Experience in Palliative Care, Dementia, and InterRAI is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

At Arvida, our model of care is underpinned by our resident-led approach and Attitude of Living Well. Our Registered Nurses lead clinical excellence through assessments, planning, and delivery of care according to accepted nursing practices and standards

You will be responsible for leading, supervising, and guiding other members of the team, and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored. Each day you will be providing a proactive and person-centric service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• NZQA level 7 (e.g. bachelor's degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma)
• A current practicing certificate
• Flexibility to pick up different shifts
