Job summary

Arvida in Nelson, NZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical excellence through assessments, planning and delivery of care to residents according to accepted nursing practices and standards.

You will supervise and guide other team members, ensure medical instructions are correctly administered, documented and monitored, and provide a proactive, person-centred service by communicating with residents and families while participating in improvement and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current practicing certificate as a nurse.
• Flexibility to pick up different shifts.

• Experience in palliative care, dementia, and InterRAI is preferred but not essential.
