As a casual Registered Nurse at Arvida, you will lead and support the care team, ensure accurate administration of medical instructions, and engage with residents and families while participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• A current practising certificate is required.
• Flexibility to pick up different shifts.
• Team leadership skills.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem solving skills.
• Alignment with our values and purpose.
• Experience in Palliative Care, Dementia, and InterRAI is preferred but not essential.

Job Description

At Arvida, our model of care is underpinned by our resident-led approach and Attitude of Living Well. Our Registered Nurses lead clinical excellence through assessments, planning, and delivery of care according to accepted nursing practices and standards

You will be responsible for leading, supervising, and guiding other members of the team, and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored. Each day you will be providing a proactive and person-centric service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

This is a casual role providing care and support for our residents.
