Arvida in New Zealand seeks Wellness Partners to support residents with personal care and to promote resident-led decision making in eating, resting, movement, and activities.

Daily tasks include helping residents maintain independence, observing health conditions, documenting changes, and participating in ongoing training within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• NZ Residents and NZ Citizens prioritized for screening.
• NZQF Level 2/3 qualification or at least one year of relevant experience.
• English proficiency evidence required if from overseas.

Responsabilités

Our Wellness Partners are at the heart of enriching the lives of our residents, doing everything with kindness and purpose. Each day you will work in partnership with residents to support their personal care needs and encourage resident-led decision making in their eating, resting, movement, communication, and activities.

Wellness Partners encourage our residents to maintain skills and a sense of independence. Resident welfare is important, and you will also be required to observe, accurately document, and communicate health conditions Participation in ongoing training is expected.

This is a casual role supporting residents living in our Care Centre.

Qualifications

We will be interviewing and screening NZ Residents and NZ Citizens as a priority before looking internationally.

Arvida Level 1 to Level 3

• NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or at least one year of relevant experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 4)
• Evidence ofEnglish test is required if from overseas

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 1 to Level 3)
$23.50 to $29.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience

• NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three-years’ experience (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)

Utu Taipitopito | Pay Details (Level 4)
$28.50 to $31.50 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
