Anzor in Nelson is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our West Coast, Tasman, Nelson and Marlborough sales and operations teams. You will drive growth and ensure our fasteners fast and extreme customer service.

This role requires strategic leadership, a hands-on management style, and a focus on achieving revenue targets, with regular travel and a clean NZ driver's license essential.

Qualificações

• Experience as an effective leader and manager.
• Proven experience in generating sales growth.
• Comfortable delivering against revenue targets.
• Good commercial acumen and understanding of operations.
• Clean and current driver’s license.
• Ideally knowledge of fasteners and the industry.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the West Coast, Tasman, Nelson and Marlborough region.
• Motivate high performing sales and operations teams in a well established branch.
• Manage the branch by delivering on brand promises of fasteners fast and extreme customer service.
• Implement strategies, set goals and direction and lead the team through change.
• Travel regularly out of town to engage with an engineering focused customer base.
