Job summary

Belron New Zealand, comprising Smith&Smith®, Laser® and Exceed, is seeking an Area Manager for the Lower South Island region (Dunedin, Invercargill, Oamaru and Queenstown). You will lead multiple branches, hire and develop strong teams, and implement Belron standards to deliver superior customer experiences.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence, build cross-functional relationships and pursue opportunities to grow profitability while ensuring

Qualifications

• Seasoned in managing multiple branches with a keen eye for operational and commercial success.
• Experienced in fostering strong relationships and managing diverse teams across geographies.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering business excellence and continuous improvement.
• Customer focused with a commitment to delivering a first-class experience, account - or sales management experience preferred.
• Strong people management, team leadership and influencing skills.
• A passion for Smith&Smith’s mission to keep Kiwis safe on the road, at home and at work.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• A clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
• Must be willing to complete a drug and alcohol pre-employment test as part of our selection process.

• Oversee the operations of Smith&Smith corporate service locations and mobile services.
• Support authorised dealers and business development opportunities in the Lower South Island Region (Dunedin, Invercargill, Oamaru and Queenstown).
