Anzor in Nelson is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our West Coast, Tasman, Nelson and Marlborough sales and operations teams. You will drive growth and ensure our fasteners fast and extreme customer service.

This role requires strategic leadership, a hands-on management style, and a focus on achieving revenue targets, with regular travel and a clean NZ driver's license essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an effective leader and manager.
• Proven experience in generating sales growth.
• Comfortable delivering against revenue targets.
• Good commercial acumen and understanding of operations.
• Clean and current driver’s license.
• Ideally knowledge of fasteners and the industry.

Responsabilités

Job Description

You will help us achieve our mission of fasteners fast & extreme customer service through great leadership and management of our Nelson branch. We are looking for someone to help us build an environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and productivity, with the ability to communicate effectively to staff.

In this role you would:

• Have significant focus on growing the West Coast, Tasman, Nelson and Marlborough region

• Effectively implement strategies, set goals & direction and take people with you on the journey.
• Have regular out of town travel, managing an engineering focused customer base.

Skills and experience needed for the role:

• You will need to be an experienced, effective leader and manager.
• You’ll have proven experience in generating excellent sales growth.
• Be comfortable delivering against revenue targets.
• Have good commercial acumen and a good understanding of operations.
• You like to get the most out of your day – and you do!
• Have a clean and current driver’s licence.
• Ideally have fastener and industry knowledge.
