Job summary

SPS Physio is seeking a part-time receptionist for a maternity leave cover at the Tokomairiro Receration Centre in Milton. The role is 21 hours per week, Fridays 8:00am–1:00pm, with a start date of 31/8/26. The position involves greeting clients, handling inquiries, booking appointments, and supporting the Physiotherapists.

A training/hand-over period will be provided with the existing reception team to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Qualifications

• Greeting clients and handling inquiries.
• Booking appointments and managing calendars.
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Data entry into computer systems.
• Support to physiotherapists.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.

• Enter data into computer systems accurately.
• Assist the Physiotherapy team as required.

Hours:

Friday 8:00am – 1:00 pm (21 hours per week).

Position:

Reception is a highly important part of our service, as you are the first point of contact for our clients, either through the telephone, email or in person.The role involves greeting clients, booking appointments, answering phone calls, computer entry and working to assist the Physiotherapists.

A training / hand-over period will be organised with the support / guidance from our existing reception team.
