Job summary

KCP Physiotherapy in Paraparaumu is seeking a part-time receptionist to cover 20 hours per week, with flexibility to cover Levin and Paraparaumu sites when staff are away and a 7am start on Friday mornings.

Roles include welcoming patients, handling calls and emails, booking and rescheduling appointments, receipting payments and assisting physiotherapists to deliver a high-quality, welcoming service. Training is provided.

• Greeting patients, gathering details and ensuring information is current and correct

• Supporting physiotherapists to provide a quality experience to their patients
