You will prepare comprehensive appraisal reports, stay current with local market trends, and provide expert testimony when required, while upholding professional appraisal standards and client-facing service.

Qualifications

• Certified Appraiser designation recognized by relevant authorities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser.
• Proficiency with appraisal software and databases.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent report writing and communication abilities.
