About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Development Coordinator to support their development team in Queenstown . This role is integral to the smooth execution of property development projects, involving administrative support, coordination between various stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to. You will play a key role in managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between the development managers, contractors, and local authorities. This position offers valuable experience in the property development sector within the Eastern Cape region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the property development team.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and plans.

Requirements
