Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Appraiser to join our client’s team in Queenstown, NZ, performing on-site inspections and delivering defensible valuations for mortgages, estates, and taxes.

You will prepare comprehensive appraisal reports, stay current with local market trends, and provide expert testimony when required, while upholding professional appraisal standards and client-facing service.

Qualifications

• Certified Appraiser designation recognized by relevant authorities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser.
• Proficiency with appraisal software and databases.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent report writing and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct physical inspections of residential and commercial properties.
• Research and analyze comparable sales, market trends, and property data to determine property values.
• Prepare detailed and accurate real estate appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards.
• Provide expert testimony or consultation regarding property valuations when required.
